** Role Responsibilities
*** Ensure timely completion of all assigned accounting close activities.
* Analyze complex financial transactions and reports, including determining accounting reserves, asset capitalization, and expense recognition.
* Review, verify, and certify the accuracy of journal entries and all supporting accounting records.
* Prepare reconciliations and roll forwards, ensuring reconciling items are cleared in a timely manner.
* Identify opportunities to improve efficiency and drive process enhancements across accounting workflows.
* Prepare AGIS invoicing, office funding, and service agreement documentation.
* Provide financial reporting and analysis to management and business partners.
* Participate in and support accounting initiatives or projects, including implementations related to new systems, products, or accounting standards.
* Serve as an accounting liaison and/or provide work direction to less experienced accounting staff, as needed.
* Assist with internal and external audits focused on financial reporting and internal controls.
** Role Requirements
*** Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance.
* Knowledge of US GAAP.
* 4–6 years of financial accounting experience.
* Proficiency with Oracle, Excel, and other financial tools (preferred).
* Strong analytical, organizational, and problem‐solving skills.
* Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively with cross‐functional partners.
* Excellent attention to detail and commitment to accuracy.

* * Annual base salary range is $80,000 – 90,000 USD per year.  Total on-target compensation includes a base salary and short-term and long-term incentives that align with individual and company performance. Actual salaries will vary based on candidates’ qualifications, skills, and competencies.
