• Collaborate with senior management to build, develop and execute financial and accounting strategies, processes and systems.
• Manage and mentor staff.
• Month‑end Closing.
• Fixed asset accounting.
• Financial analysis.
• Provide support for annual audit.
• Special projects.
• Other duties as assigned.

• Bachelor’s degree in accounting. Advanced degree a plus.
• 3‑6 years of accounting and finance experience.
• CPA preferred.
• Public accounting experience preferred. Big 4 a plus.
• Experience with process improvement
• Strategic thinker.
• Strong General Accounting skills and GAAP knowledge.
• Excellent communication skills (oral and written).
• Ability to interact with all levels of management.
• Team player.

Target annual salary: $105,000 – $125,000 DOE. Bonus potential plus medical, dental, vision, 401k, PTO and much more!
