We are seeking an experienced Tax Manager or Senior Tax Manager to lead and support a growing tax practice focused on complex business and high-net-worth client work. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys hands‑on technical work, client interaction, and mentoring staff in a small, collaborative environment.

• Prepare and review complex federal and state tax returns for partnerships, S‑corps, corporations, and HNW individuals
• Review returns prepared by seniors and contract staff
• Manage multiple client engagements and deadlines
• Perform tax research and provide planning support
• Handle clients with foreign income and multi‑entity structures
• Serve as a primary technical resource for the team
• Assist with workflow management during busy season
• Provide mentoring and guidance to staff

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or related field
• CPA preferred
• 5+ years of public accounting tax experience
• Strong experience with business and individual returns
• Prior review and supervisory experience
• Solid technical and research skills
• Strong communication and client service skills

• Remote, hybrid, or in‑office options in Denver
• Typical in‑office expectation: 3 days per week (if hybrid)
