Controller, Accounting, Accounting Manager

We are partnering with a growing manufacturing organization in Lakewood, Colorado that is hiring a Controller to lead accounting operations and support the company’s next phase of expansion.

This role is structured for someone who wants to expand beyond traditional Controller responsibilities and move into enterprise level leadership.

• Lead all accounting operations including general ledger, inventory, cost accounting, and financial reporting
• Oversee month end and year end close with accuracy and efficiency
• Maintain strong internal controls and ensure GAAP compliance
• Partner closely with operations to support manufacturing performance and margin visibility
• Drive budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning initiatives
• Manage external audit relationships and reporting requirements
• Develop and mentor accounting team members
• Identify and implement process improvements that support growth

• Five to seven years of progressive accounting experience
• Manufacturing accounting background is required
• Public accounting experience is a strong plus
• Strong understanding of inventory and cost accounting
• Proven leadership ability and team management experience
• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance required
• CPA is highly preferred

• Location: Lakewood, CO; onsite
• Compensation: $130,000 - $160,000 (Based on experience)
• Schedule: Onsite, Monday through Friday, standard business hours
• Employment Type: Full time, permanent
• Start Date: ASAP
• Requirement: Must be local to the Denver metro area
