As an Accounting Advisory Consultant, you won't just "do the books" – you will lead high‑stakes strategic initiatives including IPOs, M&A integrations, and global carve‑outs. - Leadership
Experience:
At least 1 busy season as a "Senior" in external audit is strongly preferred. - Technical Proficiency: Mastery of U.S. GAAP and FASB standards; advanced Excel skills (macros, VLOOKUPs, pivot tables) are essential.
- Experience: 3+ years of relevant technical accounting or strategic financial experience.
- Entrepreneurial Mindset: A proactive builder who is passionate about both client service and firm growth.
- Exceptional Communicator: Ability to distill complex financial data into actionable insights for executive stakeholders.
- Adaptability: Comfortable navigating ambiguity and thriving in various corporate cultures and industries.
