Key Responsibilities
  • Strategic Execution: Lead and support critical financial projects such as financial statement preparation, GAAP conversions, and internal audit transformations.

Qualifications & Technical Skills
  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance.
  • CPA Credential: Active CPA license (or significant progress toward licensure) is preferred.
  • Public Accounting Roots: Minimum of 2 busy seasons in external audit with a Big 4 or mid‑tier national CPA firm.
  • Leadership

    Experience:

    At least 1 busy season as a "Senior" in external audit is strongly preferred.
  • Technical Proficiency: Mastery of U.S. GAAP and FASB standards; advanced Excel skills (macros, VLOOKUPs, pivot tables) are essential.
  • Experience: 3+ years of relevant technical accounting or strategic financial experience.
