You’ll take on a hands‑on leadership role in a multi‑entity environment, working across both corporate and operational accounting. Because the team is lean and highly collaborative, you’ll gain exposure across functions rather than being siloed into one area. • Lead day-to-day accounting operations across multiple entities
• Own and manage the month‑end close process, including journal entries, reconciliations, and financial review
• Support both corporate accounting and property/project‑level accounting
• Review financial statements for accuracy and GAAP compliance
• Partner with operations, development, and senior leadership
• Strengthen internal controls and drive process improvements
• Mentor and develop accounting staff in a collaborative team environment
• Support audits and manage external partner relationships

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance
• 5–8+ years of progressive accounting experience
• Strong knowledge of GAAP and full‑cycle accounting
• Experience in real estate, construction, development, or project‑based environments (highly preferred)
• Comfort working in a smaller, high‑visibility organization where your contributions truly matter
