Senior Accountant

Overview

We are partnering with a well established manufacturing organization that is adding a Senior Accountant to its accounting team. This is a selective hire. The team is high performing, tight knit, and intentional about who they bring in.

They are looking for someone with strong manufacturing accounting experience who wants to grow, be challenged, and earn their seat at the table. If you have a public accounting foundation and at least five years of progressive experience, this could be a career defining move.

• Support full cycle accounting including journal entries and reconciliations
• Lead portions of the month end close process
• Assist with inventory and cost accounting analysis
• Perform balance sheet reconciliations and variance review
• Support financial reporting and internal controls
• Partner with operations to strengthen financial visibility
• Contribute to process improvements within the accounting function

• Minimum of five years of progressive accounting experience
• Manufacturing accounting background is required
• Public accounting experience is a strong plus
• Strong understanding of inventory and cost accounting principles
• Experience working in ERP systems
• Detail oriented, accountable, and growth minded
• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance required

• Compensation: Up to $100,000
• Schedule: Monday through Friday, standard business hours
• Employment Type: Full time, permanent
• Start Date: ASAP
• Requirement: Must be local to the Denver area
