What is the Job:

• Maintain accounts receivable aging reports and perform collections follow‑up
• Prepare, verify, and code accounts payable invoices; maintain approved vendor list
• Process vendor payments and reconcile statements, sub‑ledgers, and GL accounts
• Handle foreign currency entries for payable transactions (Mexico entity)
• Reconcile intercompany balances and perform analysis as needed
• Prepare monthly journals, account analysis, and general ledger maintenance
• Process complex project billings and monthly client invoices
• Verify contract terms and ensure invoice accuracy
• Support payroll processing and payroll reporting
• Assist with annual audits
• Prepare property tax declarations, use‑tax filings, and 1099s

What is Needed:

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting preferred
• 7+ years of accounting experience (consulting firm experience a plus)
• Strong understanding of GAAP
• Advanced Excel and MS Office skills
• Experience with Deltek Vantagepoint preferred
• Excellent attention to detail, organization, and time management
• Ability to support Project Managers, meet deadlines, and handle complex billing
