Staff Accountant

What You Will Do:

• Lead the full-cycle month-end close for multiple client offices, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
• Assist with preparing and analyze monthly financial statements, including P&L, income statements, and balance sheet accounts.
• Manage the general ledger, creating and posting journal entries with confidence.
• Oversee full-cycle accounts payable, ensuring vendors are paid accurately and on time.
• Perform cash reconciliations and manage bank deposits.
• Record and reconcile payroll journal entries.
• Calculate and process monthly franchise fees for local offices.

What Makes You a Fit

• You have three years of experience in accounting and working with the GL.
• Bachelor’s degree preferred
