Senior Accountant Key Responsibilities
- Support project billing and review job cost details for accuracy and contract compliance
- Manage intercompany activity and ensure timely, accurate reporting across global entities
- Oversee foreign currency transactions and international banking (wires, ACH, etc.)
- Lead month‑end close activities, including journal entries, reconciliations, and accruals
- Mentor staff accountants and assist with annual audit preparation
- Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting
- 4–6 years of accounting experience, including multi‑entity work
- Experience with foreign currency and international transactions
- Background in project‑based, engineering, or construction environments (preferred)
- Advanced Excel; experience with Deltek Vantagepoint a plus
- Strong communication and collaborative mindset
