Staff Accountant

Location: Denver Tech Center (Hybrid Schedule)
Compensation: $70,000 - $75,000

We are seeking a dependable, detail-oriented Accountant to join a stable and well-established organization based in the Denver Tech Center. This position supports multiple branch locations and plays a key role in maintaining accurate financial records and ensuring smooth day-to-day accounting operations.

• Prepare and post journal entries

• Perform account reconciliations (bank, balance sheet, and general ledger)

• Manage accruals and assist with month-end close

• Handle cash management activities

• Support full-cycle accounts payable and accounts receivable

• Assist with financial reporting for multiple branch locations

• Maintain accuracy across inter-branch accounting activity

• 2+ years of experience as an Accountant or general accounting experience

• Strong experience with reconciliations, journal entries, accruals, and cash

• Experience supporting multiple locations or entities preferred

• Background in accounting services or multi-client environments is a plus

• Reliable, consistent, and detail-oriented

• Degree not required — practical experience is what matters most

• Hybrid schedule in DTC

• Stable organization with consistent processes

• Clear expectations and manageable workload

• Strong team environment with long-term tenure
