What You’ll Do Daily Transaction Sync & Reconciliation (50%)Reconcile ~2,000 ecommerce transactions per day across multiple brands.
Ensure Shopify ↔ Quick Books Online integrations run smoothly.
Review deposits, payment processor activity, and electronic transaction flows.
Investigate discrepancies quickly to maintain clean, accurate financials.
Import and sync inventory between Shopify and Quick Books Online.
Automate transaction flows to reduce manual entries.
Maintain accurate inventory data across multiple entities.
Process inventory receipts and coordinate with vendors on invoicing and payments.
Validate electronic workflows and maintain proper documentation.
Support month‑end close with inventory reconciliations and journal entries.
Support accounting for several ecommerce companies—two established brands and two new ventures.
Complete credit card reconciliations, month‑end tie‑outs, and account reconciliations.
Cross‑train and collaborate with a small, supportive accounting team.
Hands-on experience with Shopify
Hands-on experience with Quick Books Online
Strong Excel skills (VLOOKUP, XLOOKUP)
Experience with ecommerce transaction flows and reconciliations
Ability to manage high‑volume electronic transactions and inventory accounting
Comfortable working onsite full time in Denver
Inventory reconciliation experience in Excel
Exposure to multi‑entity accounting
Familiarity with journal entries and month‑end processes
Highly collaborative, friendly, and close‑knit team with a true “family feel.”
