Accounts Payable Specialist, Basware - Denver, CO (in-office)
Salary: $60,000 - $65,000, DOE
Benefits:
This position is eligible for health, dental, vision, insurance, and 401(K).
- Process high-volume, full-cycle AP invoices on a daily basis
- Perform 2-way and 3-way matching against purchase orders within the new AP system
- Support AI automation tools by identifying errors, resolving inconsistencies, and assisting with system “learning” to improve invoice processing accuracy
- Execute complex coding across multi-entity, multi-location, and international operations
- Ensure invoices are coded accurately to the appropriate GL accounts
- Process a limited number of non-PO invoices
- Route invoices for appropriate approvals
- Research and resolve invoice discrepancies and payment issues
- Analyze and manage exceptions and process complexities
- Support compliance requirements consistent with a publicly traded environment
- Basware (required)
- Oracle
- Microsoft Excel
- 3+ years of high-volume AP processing
- Experience with Basware software
- Associate's degree in Accounting highly preferred
