Compensation: $55,000–$62,000 annually

As an Accounts Payable Specialist, you will take ownership of the full-cycle accounts payable function across 11 properties and multiple entities.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage full-cycle accounts payable, ensuring timely and accurate processing

• Code approximately 200 invoices per week to the correct properties in Yardi

• Match invoices to purchase orders and supporting documentation

• Conduct bi-weekly check runs

• Prepare journal entries for wires, ACH, and automatic payments

• Reconcile vendor statements and promptly resolve discrepancies

• Serve as a reliable point of contact for vendor inquiries

This Accounts Payable Specialist role offers excellent exposure to both nonprofit accounting and property management operations.

The ideal Accounts Payable Specialist will bring:

• Experience managing A/P for multiple entities

• Comfort working in a high-volume, deadline-driven environment

• Yardi experience (strongly preferred)

• Strong organizational skills and the ability to work independently
