• Gather non-operating purchaser information for funds deposited directly into bank accounts.
• Input non-operating revenue data into the Bolo accounting system.
• Record both routine and non-routine journal entries in the Bolo accounting system.
• Void and reissue revenue checks as necessary.
• Assist in processing reversals and rebookings during the month-end close process.
• Prepare and submit quarterly conservation tax filings for Colorado.
• Work with the Division Orders team to address owner relations inquiries via Salesforce.
• Prepare monthly non-operating revenue accruals to support the month-end financial reporting cycle.
• Update and maintain monthly reconciliations.
• Process revenue owner adjustments as required or requested.
• Support the department in ensuring compliance with Sarbanes-Oxley (SOX), US GAAP, and company policies.
• Prepare documentation related to revenue sources for audit requests and special projects as assigned.

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Business, Finance, or a related field, or 2-5 additional years of relevant experience.
• Experience with BOLO, Excalibur, or other systems.
