* * Minimum of five to seven (5-7) years of national public accounting experience or a combination of public accounting and industry experience with SEC reporting experience

Strong knowledge of US GAAP and SEC reporting and filing requirements Ability to research, analyze and synthesize conclusions for various accounting and financial reporting issues Ability to work independently, demonstrate initiative, and exercise judgment in a fast paced and changing environment

Ability to set priorities, manage multiple tasks and deadlines, and produce quality work while dealing with interruptions Strong planning, organizational and problem solving skills

Excellent verbal and written communication skills, including ability to work effectively across the Company’s various business segments and locations Knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite, Microsoft Excel, Word and Power Point Knowledge  of Oracle, One Stream, Toppan Merrill Bridge, or Salesforce, a plus Experience in the telecommunications industry, a plus
