We are seeking an experienced Tax Manager or Senior Tax Manager to lead and support a growing tax practice focused on complex business and high-net-worth client work. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys hands‑on technical work, client interaction, and mentoring staff in a small, collaborative environment.

• Prepare and review complex federal and state tax returns for partnerships, S‑corps, corporations, and HNW individuals.
• Review returns prepared by seniors and contract staff.
• Manage multiple client engagements and deadlines.
• Perform tax research and provide planning support.
• Handle clients with foreign income and multi‑entity structures.
• Serve as a primary technical resource for the team.
• Assist with workflow management during busy season.
• Provide mentoring and guidance to staff.

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or related field.
• CPA preferred.
• 5+ years of public accounting tax experience.
• Strong experience with business and individual returns.
• Prior review and supervisory experience.
• Solid technical and research skills.
• Strong communication and client service skills.

Remote, hybrid, or in‑office options in Denver.

Typical in‑office expectation: 3 days per week (if hybrid).

Small‑firm environment with direct access to leadership.
