As the Senior Accountant, you will be essential in driving efficiency and effectiveness within the GL Operations team. This role supports partnerships with Operations, Procurement, Legal, FP&A, and other stakeholders across the organization. • Prepare account reconciliations and supporting schedules for journal entries and reports, ensuring a timely Month End Close and accurate reporting in accordance with GAAP
• Perform inter-company transactions, eliminations and consolidations using Net Suite
• Prepare monthly flux analysis of balance sheet and income statement accounts
• Work closely with other departments and serve as point of contact for GL operational related questions and inquiries
• Support GL operations including accounts payable and expense report processing, purchasing card review, treasury transactions
• Assist with audit deliverables as well as other ad hoc requests
• Evaluate process and system infrastructure, identify and implement process improvements; champion and drive automation and AI solutions
• Partner closely with our Offshore team, offering support and guidance to maintain a high-performing global team and ensure tracking to deadlines
• Be a versatile team player that can perform various tasks ranging from routine accounting procedures to ad-hoc projects

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting/Finance; CPA is a plus
• Knowledge of U.S. GAAP
• Strong background in GL and accounting operations
• Experience with Net Suite strongly preferred; experience with Numeric and Navision a plus
• Analytical and problem-solving mindset with a willingness to dive into details and learn new areas
• Exceptional written, verbal, and listening skills; able to work effectively across functions
• Project work and organizational skills; able to prioritize and adapt quickly in a dynamic, high-growth environment

The US base salary range for this position at the start of employment is $86,500 - $137,000. Within this range, individual pay is determined by specific US work location, as well as additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, relevant education or training, and internal equity considerations.

Please note that the range listed above reflects only base salary. The total compensation package includes variable pay (where applicable), equity, plus a range of benefits, including medical, dental, vision, and financial.
