AR Staff Accountant – Hybrid | Growing Team | Net Suite Experience Preferred
Our client is seeking an AR Staff Accountant to join their fast-growing team. This is an excellent opportunity for someone ready to advance from a Specialist or Coordinator role into a staff-level accounting position with exposure to process improvement and automation projects.

As an AR Staff Accountant, you will:
- Manage Accounts Receivable processes, including posting daily deposits via ACH and checks
- Handle downloads/uploads
- Apply credit memos and resolve discrepancies
- Perform light B2B credit and collections
- Support month-end close with AR subledger reconciliations and journal entries
- Contribute to special projects like gift card reconciliations, credit validations, and automation initiatives
Must-Have:
- Strong AR experience
Reconciled customer deposits, credit balances, and gift card transactions across multiple systems to maintain data integrity
- Ability to prepare journal entries
- Comfortable with credit and collections
- Proficiency in Excel for tracking credit and collections
Plus:
- Wholesale industry experience
- Familiarity with Net Suite and Shopify
