We are currently partnered with a high growth SaaS client who is looking for a Senior Accountant to join their team. This organization has been growing through acquisitions and needs a strong Senior Accountant to work directly under a very supportive management team to handle all the daily accounting functions for the organization. This role has a direct path to Accounting Manager in the very near future.
Responsibilitiesfor Senior Accountant in Denver, CO:
- Month end close, bank recs, journal entries, balance sheet reconciliations, oversight of AR/AP, financial statements and reporting experience
- Support Controller/Management in audit readiness and preparation for outside audit firm
- Mentoring of staff accountants and train as necessary
- BS in Accounting with 3+ years of professional accounting experience. Aerospace experience is a must for this role.
- Experience leading a month end close process and working directly with a Controller on all daily accounting activities
