Here's how a(n)
Accounting Clerkfor our Denver office, contributes to our team:

• Supports the accounting team by collecting, reconciling, and seeking approval and processes through PCL business systems general vendor payments as requested, in a timely and accurate manner to meet payment terms and conditions.
• Assembles client billings package in accordance with approval procedures and processes through PCL business systems to ensure client is in receipt of billings on a timely basis and payments are received as per contract terms and conditions.
• Prepares bank deposits and subsequent cash receipt entries where required.
• Effectively communicates with internal and external stakeholders, as required.
• Develops and maintains strong customer focused relationships with all stakeholders.

• Some co-op experience or 6 months to 1 year of accounting and/or administration experience an asset.
• High school diploma.
• Postsecondary degree or diploma in a related discipline an asset.
• Basic understanding of accounting principles.
• Basic understanding of lien rights.
• Effective verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong organizational skills and high level of detail orientation required to maintain and submit all necessary documentation and meet deadlines and requirements.
• Basic skills using Microsoft Office Suite and knowledge and/or experience with accounting software an asset.

The salary range for this position is between $43,000 and $56,000 per annum, based on experience and qualifications. We anticipate this requisition will be open for a minimum of five days, though it may be open for a longer period of time. We encourage your prompt application.
