AP​/AR Accountant

A rapidly-growing SaaS organization in the Denver area is seeking an AR/AP Accountant to support its day-to-day accounting operations and partner closely with the Controller. This role will play a key part in managing both accounts receivable and accounts payable functions within a lean, fast-moving environment.

This is a strong opportunity for an accountant who enjoys being hands-on, working closely with leadership, and taking ownership of transactional accounting processes as the business continues to grow.

• Support accounts receivable and accounts payable operations, including invoice processing, coding, and payment activity
• Manage customer invoicing and assist with AR collections and follow-up
• Process vendor invoices and support payment runs within Quick Books Online
• Maintain and support the chart of accounts and transactional accounting structure
• Assist with debits, credits, and general ledger support
• Partner closely with the Controller to support month-to-month accounting operations
• Work daily in Quick Books Online and Excel to ensure accuracy and timeliness
• Support a small accounting team in a collaborative, onsite environment

• 2+ years of hands‑on AR/AP or general accounting experience
• Experience using Quick Books Online
• Comfort supporting both invoicing and collections on the AR side
• Solid understanding of AP processes and transactional accounting
• Working knowledge of Excel, Word, and Acrobat
• Strong attention to detail with the ability to manage responsibilities independently
• Friendly, professional communication style and comfort interacting cross‑functionally
• Stable work history preferred
• Ability to work onsite full‑time
