Tax Manager LLCs HNW Accounting Advisory Services

We are working with a top accounting, tax, and client advisory (CAAS) firm to find an additional Tax Manager in the financial and industrial powerhouse of Denver CO.

This firm works with many local regional business clients as well as high profile VIP personal clients for a variety of tax, estate planning, and business advisory services.

• Work independently and with the management staff to work with an assigned group of clients across multiple industries
• Advise clients on multiple tax issues, planning, research and compliance
• Prep and review tax returns for multiple entities including C-Corps, S-Corps, Partnerships, and Trusts
• Work with key clients for business advisory and tax decisions
• Supervise and train junior tax personnel
• Planning, executing, and finalizing tax engagements
• Help when needed for local business events networking and fostering relationships

• 5-7 years of tax prep and review experience with various entities, LLCs, high net worth, partnerships
• Bachelor's degree in accounting (or equivalent)
• Masters in tax or accounting preferred
• CPA is not required but highly appreciated
• High level of tax skills, organization, and analytical skills
• Work in a tight deadline environment
• Experience with various tax software programs, Pro System FX, Ultra tax, Thompson Reuters

• $120,000-$170,000 salary annually, commensurate with experience
