Description
Lifetime Home Remodeling is seeking a detail-oriented Staff Accountant to join our Accounting team. If you are a process-driven professional with a passion for numbers, strong organizational skills, and a structured work ethic, we would love to welcome you to our growing team. Join us in our brand-new office located in the Central Park area of North Denver.

- Financial Support: Assist Senior Accountants and provide backup support for accounts payable (A/P) and accounts receivable (A/R) functions
- Commissions Tracking: Use sales documentation to calculate and track commissions for accurate payroll processing
- Reconciliations: Perform bank and credit card reconciliations
- Billing Management: Manage billing processes and ensure accuracy
- Transaction Posting: Process A/P and A/R transactions, allocations, journal entries, and reconciliations
- Reporting: Prepare and analyze job cost reports
- Experience: Minimum of 2 years of accounting experience (construction industry experience is a plus)

Skills:
Proficient in Quick Books Desktop (current), with a future transition to Net Suite; familiarity with Microsoft Office products and payroll entry processes - Organization: Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to work independently and collaboratively

- Communication: Excellent written and verbal communication skills
