Salary Range: $75,000.00-$85,000.00

We are seeking a detail-oriented and reliable Staff Accountant to support day-to-day accounting operations and help ensure accurate financial records. The ideal candidate is organized, analytical, and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment while collaborating across teams.

• Prepare and post journal entries; maintain general ledger accounts
• Assist with month-end and year-end close processes
• Reconcile bank statements, balance sheet accounts, and sub-ledgers
• Ensure compliance with accounting policies, internal controls, and GAAP
• Support audits by preparing schedules and responding to auditor requests
• Identify process improvements and assist with special projects as needed
• Complete other duties as assigned

• Bachelor’s degree in accounting, finance, or a related field
• 1-3 years of full cycle GL accounting experience (public or industry)
• Working knowledge of GAAP and financial reporting
• Strong Excel skills (pivot tables, lookups, analysis)
• Experience with Epicor Prophet 21 a plus
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy
• Good time management and organizational skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
