Senior Tax Associate

Lead a small, collaborative CPA firm that values professional growth and teamwork. This firm boasts life‑long clients across a diverse client base including high‑net‑worth individuals, real estate, oil/gas, and many more. They are seeking a Sr. Tax Associate who wants to work in a team environment where they can learn, grow their career, and make meaningful contributions.

Strategic Employment Partners (SEP) provided pay range: $80,000.00/yr - $/yr (actual pay based on your skills and experience; talk with your recruiter for details).

• Prepare and file tax returns for partnerships, S corporations, and complex individual returns (1040)
• Conduct tax research and assist with planning strategies
• Collaborate closely with senior staff in a team‑focused environment

• 2+ years of experience in tax preparation, research, and filing
• Strong attention to detail and a desire to grow professionally

• Experience with CCH or similar tax software
• Exposure to HNW, oil & gas, or real estate clients
• CPA or EA certification (or actively pursuing)

*Open to discussing part‑time remote opportunities (30hrs) for candidates who qualify and are open to contract only*
