Our client, a small boutique global tax public accounting firm is searching for a Tax Manager to join their team! This position is open because of an internal promotion and reports to a leader who has built a great team and cares about client relationships. They need a Tax Manager with strong accounting and corporate/partnership federal income tax background who will learn their industry and help with overall business issues.
They have a strong reputation in the Denver market with true mentors and career development! This position is eligible benefits including health insurance, paid time off, 401K, and a friendly, professional office environment.
- Prepare tax returns including federal, state, and local tax planning
- Tax research, M&A, and build client relationships internationally
- Tax provisions and projects for clients ASC 740 and IAS 12
- BS Accounting and CPA or CPA eligible
- 6 + years of experience in tax/public accounting tax preferred C-corp
