• Proactively engage with clients throughout the year to gather needed information, complete testing and respond to questions raised.
• Perform substantive testing on client balance sheets and income statements.
• Test for deficiencies of internal controls and discuss recommendations for improvement.
• Learn and grow from direct on‑the‑job coaching and mentoring, and participate in firm‑wide learning and development programs.
• Utilize entrepreneurial skills to network and build strong relationships internally and externally with clients.
• Build friendships and strong work relationships while gaining valuable experience.

• Bachelor’s or master’s degree in accounting or a related business degree with sufficient coursework and credits to sit for the CPA exam in the state considered.
• Outstanding academic performance; preferred GPA of 3.0 or above.
• Relevant internship, work experience and/or involvement with a professional organization.
• Ability to work effectively in a team environment with all levels of client personnel.
• Demonstrated skills in time management, communication, interpersonal skills, relationship building, collaboration and problem solving.
• Organizational and analytical skills, initiative, adaptability.
• Proficiency with Microsoft programs (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc.).
• There is currently no immigration sponsorship available for this position.
