• Conduct tax interviews with clients face‑to‑face and through virtual tools such as video, phone, chat, and email.
• Prepare complete and accurate tax returns.
• Generate business growth, increase client retention, and provide additional products and services.
• Provide client support through IRS matters.
• Support office priorities through teamwork and collaboration.

• Bachelor’s degree in accounting or a related field.
• Previous experience in a customer service or retail environment.
• Experience working in a fast‑paced, supportive environment.
• Ability to work a minimum of 25‑35 hours weekly during tax season and up to 40 hours during peak weeks.
• Successfully completed the H&R Block Tax Knowledge Assessment or Income Tax Course.
• Experience working in a fast‑paced environment.
• Comfort with virtual tools—video, phone, and chat.
• Effective communication skills in person, via phone, and in writing.
• Must meet all other IRS and applicable state requirements.
• High school diploma or equivalent or higher.

$11.00 – $27.00 per hour (local minimum wage rules apply).
