POSITION RESPONSIBILITIES:- Under the direction of the materials supervisor, this position performs duties related to shipping of product.
- Verifies and organizes distribution of incoming/outgoing products.
- Prepares related documents.
- Maintains shipping/receiving area.
- Maintain records of all outgoing and incoming shipments from and to the warehouse.
- Prepare shipping documents along with the correct mailing labels and ensure that all orders are correctly fulfilled.
- Reconcile waybill, bill of lading with bill of materials and actual shipment arrivals.
- Ensure that the goods delivered to the warehouse are in accordance with approved orders and the associated bill of lading or invoice.
- Maintain the automated inventory management system to ensure that actual physical inventory matches the database logical inventory.
- Completing all legal formalities, procedures, and paperwork for receiving/shipping the goods.
- Ability to plan, organize and prioritize work according to urgency.
- Must have excellent problem‑solving skills.
- Inventory experience is preferred.
- Ability to count accurately.
- Must have excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Must have the ability to keep proper documentation and records.
- Must be able to promote and maintain a safe working environment.
- Must be able to follow company policies, procedures, and corresponding work instructions.
- Ability to operate MHE may be required in some facilities.
- Must be willing and able to learn material technician functions throughout the facility to ensure a flexible, cross‑trained team.
- Excellent attendance and punctuality.
- Must be able to pass a drug screen and background check.
- Ability to work independently and in a team environment.
- Ability to work full‑time with extra hours & weekends as required.
- Demonstrates technical acumen and problem‑solving abilities.
