About Orozco Trucking
Orozco Trucking was established in 1995 and has over 25 years of experience in the trucking and logistics industry. We specialize in providing climate controlled, dry freight, less than truckload (LTL), intermodal and flatbed service throughout the lower 48 states. Orozco also provides in-house support and mechanic services for our entire fleet leading to excellent reliability and low downtime for all our trucks.
We are located in the central transportation hub of America thus giving us the ability of providing capacity on short notice. Orozco proudly offers GPS tracking, dedicated 24‑hour dispatchers, prompt and on time deliveries, and one of the safest fleets in the industry.
- Clean inspections bonus:
Level 3 = $100, Level 2 = $200, Level 1 = $250 - Fuel economy bonus:
Requires a minimum of 11,000 miles per month with an average of 7.5‑8 mpg; bonus $200‑$350 - Referral bonus: $500 after the referred driver has worked for the company for 3 months
- Safety bonus / Driver of the year
All drivers who meet the main criteria by the end of 2025 will receive a $500 bonus. Additionally, the top five drivers will be selected to receive what is referred to as a "13th salary," calculated as the total earnings for the year divided by 12 months.
Job Summary- Contract Driver (1099, Solo)

- $1,650 - $2,250 gross total weekly average pay
- $0.55 - $0.70 CPM
- 3,000 - 3,500 average miles per week
- No Driver Load/Unload
- No slip seating
- 14 expected days out
- You can stay out longer if you want to
- Get 2 days of home time for every 14 days worked
- No guaranteed weekends home
- Inspection of vehicle, equipment, and cargo to ensure everything is safe, legal, and secure.
- Submitting customer paperwork and deposits including invoices, load orders, and handheld reports.
- Maintaining a driver's log in accordance with DOT regulations.
- Maintaining a clean, sanitary, and safe work area.
- Being available for work at all times in order to meet customer pickup and delivery schedules.
- Daily customer interactions and maintaining good customer relations.
- Orientation is not paid for.
- Does not cover accommodation.
- Drivers get their own room.
- No meals are included.
- Covers some or all travel expenses.
- Class A license without any of the following restrictions: (L,Z) Air Brakes, (G) Night Driving, (O) No Semi Trailer or (K) Intrastate Only
- 18 months Tractor Trailer experience
