Job Summary
We are seeking a reliable and experienced Truck Driver to support underground utility and pipeline construction projects. The driver will be responsible for safely transporting pipe, materials, and equipment to and from job sites, assisting with on-site operations as needed, and ensuring compliance with all safety and DOT regulations.
Key Responsibilities
Safely operate company trucks (dump trucks, flatbeds, tractor-trailers, or similar) to haul pipe, materials, and equipment
Transport materials to underground utility and construction job sites on schedule
Load and unload pipe and materials using proper securing and safety procedures
Perform daily pre-trip and post-trip inspections and report maintenance needs
Maintain accurate delivery logs and required DOT documentation
Follow all company safety policies, DOT regulations, and traffic laws
Assist crew members on the job site when not driving (spotting, labor support, etc.)
Communicate effectively with dispatch, supervisors, and site personnel
Maintain a clean and professional vehicle and work area
Qualifications
Valid CDL (Class A or
B) with appropriate endorsements (if required)
Clean or acceptable driving record
Experience hauling pipe, construction materials, or working in underground utilities preferred
Knowledge of job-site safety practices and construction environments
Ability to safely secure loads and operate around heavy equipment
Dependable, punctual, and team-oriented attitude
Physical Requirements
Ability to lift, carry, and move materials as needed
Comfortable working outdoors in various weather conditions
Ability to climb in and out of trucks and walk uneven job-site terrain
Work Schedule
Full-time, typically Monday–Friday
Overtime, early mornings, or weekends may be required depending on project needs
