As a part of our Customer Service Operations team, you will be first in the field to maintain food processing and packaging equipment at our customers’ facilities. As someone who prides themselves on getting to the root of the problem, you’ll be part of the mission to keep food production going for hundreds of millions of people in more than 160 countries.

What you will doTravel to customer sites to:
- Perform preventive maintenance and installation tasks of moderate complexity
- Troubleshoot mechanical and electrical issues
- Use Tetra Pak Maintenance System (TPMS) tools to report and document service activities
- Interpret technical documentation and follow global procedures
- Represent Tetra Pak professionally and share ideas for improving customer operations
- Maintain a clean, safe work environment and follow all safety protocols
- Requires foundational, mechanical or electrical experience, supported by a high school diploma or technical/vocational program. This role is designed for early‑career technicians and individuals exploring a new technical career path.
- Practical experience performing maintenance and repairs across multiple areas, including automotive systems, diesel engines, HVAC, plumbing, electrical work, and material handling equipment.
- Diagnose and troubleshoot equipment malfunctions, identify root causes, and implement effective repairs to minimize downtime.
- Ability to work and travel within the United States for up to 23 days per month (nonconsecutive), including some weekends.
- A valid driver s license is required for extensive travel to customer sites by car and air.
- You must be work authorized in the United States on a full-time basis without the need for employer sponsorship now or in the future. The company cannot offer employment to F-1 (student) visa holders who require employer sponsorship in the future or cannot work now on a full-time basis.
- Basic English communication skills (written and verbal) preferred.
