Overview
Job Title: Sales & Business Development Manager (Full-Time)
Location: Dallas–Fort Worth Area (local travel between clinic and partner sites required)
Compensation: $70,000 base salary + commissions (uncapped earning potential)
Position Overview
Vita 10 is seeking a full-time Sales & Business Development Executive to support and drive our B2B growth and outreach efforts. This role is highly execution-focused and will be active in the field building partnerships, generating referrals, and driving measurable results. While strategic input is valued, success in this position will be defined by consistent execution, relationship-building, and revenue growth aligned with Vita 10’s mission and values.
The Sales & Business Development Executive will focus on building and maintaining referral and partnership pipelines across two major audiences:
- Traditional Healthcare Partners
– Physicians and practices where IV and advanced therapies can support patient outcomes. This includes physicians in traditional areas of OBGYN, plastic and general surgery, primary care, orthopedics, sports medicine and other specialists. Vita 10 partnerships are designed to complement existing treatment plans by offering value-added therapeutic options that may not otherwise be available within traditional care settings. - Holistic Healthcare Partners
– This includes physicians and practices specializing in functional and integrative medicine, midwifery, chiropractic medicine, physical therapy, massage therapy and health and nutritional coaching. For these providers IV, peptide, and non IV therapies such as hyperbaric oxygen offer treatment tied to diagnoses from the providers.
- Execute a structured B2B outreach plan across medical and fitness verticals
- Generate referral relationships with physicians and clinics for targeted therapies (e.g., iron infusions, peptides, hyperbaric oxygen therapy)
- Manage outreach pipeline, track partner engagement, and report sales metrics
- Collaborate with marketing to create collateral, referral kits, and discount code campaigns
- Provide ongoing partner communication and account management to ensure referrals and retention
- Represent and promote the Vita 10 brand and core values in all provider interactions
- Deliver monthly activity reports and success stories
- 3+ years of experience in medical sales, partnerships, or healthcare-focused business development working directly with healthcare providers
- Proven ability to meet or exceed sales and outreach goals
- Excellent relationship-building, networking, and communication skills
- Comfortable with in-person outreach and community-based selling
- Self-starter, organized, and execution-driven
- Experience in wellness, IV therapy, or fitness industries a plus
- Must have reliable transportation for regional travel
- $70,000 base salary + attractive uncapped commission structure that is ‘evergreen’ meaning that once a provider relationship is established all patient referrals will be uncapped and credited toward commissions
