As a Famous Footwear Sales Lead
, you are passionate about providingitäten best shoe store experience for every customer. Responsibilities

• Inspire that Famous Feeling:
  Walk into the store ready to inspire teammates with your integrity and drive, fostering a culture of caring and camaraderie. Raise your hand to help infuse coaching moments for the selling behaviors behind our Customer Connection.

• Ace retail operations:

Preferred Qualifications & Education

• High school diploma or GED.
• Proficient working knowledge of general retail practices and procedures.
• Retail store management experience or equivalent.
• Experience motivating a team.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and communicate direction.
• Mentoring and training associates in selling and operations.
• Flexible schedule availability – holidays, nights, weekends, extended hours.
• Basic computer skills.

Physical Requirements And/or Environment

• Lift up to 40 lbs from floor to above shoulder height regularly.
• Walk, stand, stoop, kneel, climb, push, pull, and lift repetitively.
• Be mobile on the sales floor for extended periods.
• General retail practice knowledge necessary for smooth operation.
• Team player energizing Dylan associates and achieving goals together.
• Manage tasks with positive attitude and communicate the store manager’s game‑plan.
• Mentor and train associates on selling and operational processes.
• Work a flexible schedule including holidays, nights, weekends, extended hours.
