Job OverviewThis role supports retail operations by engaging customers and facilitating their technology and service needs. Responsibilities include building product knowledge, demonstrating technology solutions, and assisting customers throughout their shopping journey. Success is measured by customer satisfaction, product knowledge proficiency and effective use of digital resources.
Job Responsibilities- Develop proficiency in customer service and sales to deliver personalized technology and service solutions.
- Utilize digital tools to demonstrate network coverage, service plans, and product features.
- Complete required training on retail processes, systems, and wireless technology innovations.
- Collaborate with colleagues across channels to support a seamless customer experience and contribute to team initiatives.
- Perform other duties/projects as assigned by business management.
- High School Diploma/GED (Required)
- 6 months of customer service and/or sales experience in a retail environment (preferred)
Skills and Abilities
- Passionate customer advocate who enjoys connecting and having fun while serving customers.
- Competitive drive and proven ability to succeed in a fast‑paced sales environment.
- Willingness to work alongside peers and store leaders, learning and sharing ideas while resolving issues.
- Effective at balancing customer needs and performance goals.
- At least 18 years of age.
- Legally authorized to work in the United States.

Hourly Base Pay: $17.50, plus $5.00 per hour training pay. Within the first 90 days, trainees receive on‑the‑job training and training pay. Upon completion, Mobile Associates may promote to the Mobile Expert role and become eligible for an annualized incentive target of $18,000/year. All employees are guaranteed to earn at least $20/hour inclusive of base pay and incentives. T‑Mobile also provides a range of benefits, including medical, dental, vision, 401(k), employee stock grants, paid time off, paid holidays, and other benefits.
