We are seeking entry-level, part-time retail sales associates for our pawn store locations nationwide. The role involves engaging with customers, processing sales and loans, and working with various merchandise including jewelry, tools, electronics, firearms (in FFL locations), and more.

The position offers hourly wages plus commissions based on productivity, with potential earnings up to 8% on transactions, averaging an additional $3.86 per hour.

• Greet and interact with customers to provide financial solutions.
• Perform opening/closing procedures.
• Maintain the sales floor and merchandise displays.
• Handle sales and loan transactions per policies and regulations.
• Manage cash and negotiable items properly.
• Answer calls and communicate legal aspects of transactions.
• Collaborate with team to ensure a positive customer experience.
• Complete required training.

• Ability to lift/carry up to 50 pounds.
• Ability to stand, walk, climb, and perform physical tasks for extended periods.
• Ability to work with firearms and obtain firearms certification.
• Minimum age of 18, high school diploma or equivalent.
• Strong customer service and team orientation.
• Basic math skills and cash handling experience preferred.
• Flexible schedule including weekends and holidays.
• Computer literacy and POS system operation skills.
