The Food & Beverage team creates a consistent experience for guests by ensuring items are fresh, in stock, accurately priced, and safely handled on the sales floor. The team is responsible for replenishment, inventory accuracy, food safety, presentation, pricing, and promotional signing across all store areas.

• Deliver an exceptional guest experience by crafting high‑quality beverages and food.
• Uphold Starbucks and Target food and beverage standards, brand consistency, and food safety.
• Execute food and beverage processes: deliveries, replenishment, pulls, stocking, zoning, inventory accuracy, culling, rotation, and cleaning.
• Maintain awareness of all promotional activities and follow all Starbucks and Target routines.
• Support the Starbucks Drive‑Up process for accurate and timely digital orders.
• Create a welcoming dining area and engage guests to exceed expectations.
• Produce items to specification and maintain proper packaging, labeling, and temperature control.
• Record temperatures, cleaning tasks, inventory, and compliance with best practices.
• Identify and process damaged, recalled, or expired items and place store-initiated orders.
• Execute sampling, promotion, and customer service best practices, including greeting, listening, and resolving guest needs.
• Complete required Starbucks training and demonstrate ethical conduct, safety, and compliance.
• Perform other duties as needed by business operations.

• Experience in a food service or Starbucks role preferred but not required.
• Welcoming, helpful attitude toward guests and colleagues.
• Strong communication skills, ability to operate handheld scanners and technology.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast‑paced environment.
• Attention to detail and ability to follow multi‑step processes.
• Composure and focus during peak periods, while completing tasks within time limits.

• Handle cash register operations accurately.
• Climb up and down ladders.
• Move merchandise, including lifting up to 44 pounds.
• Maintain flexible schedule; reliable attendance during nights, weekends, and holidays.
• Work in temperatures ranging from 34°F to
  -10°F.
• Perform in environments where allergens may be present.
• Remain mobile throughout the shift; shift length may vary.
