Are you motivated by the satisfaction of positively affecting someone’s day? As a Part-Time Cashier you will assist customers during checkout and uphold our high brand and execution standards. Northern Tool + Equipment serves tradespeople and weekend warriors, providing the right tools and a hassle‑free store experience.

• Open availability required. Store hours:
  Mon–Fri 7am–7pm;
  Sat 8am–6pm;
  Sun 9am–5pm.

• Greet all customers and ensure a positive shopping experience.
• Complete all transactions quickly and accurately.
• Offer the Protection Plan on all eligible products and the credit card on all customer transactions (incentive pay for selling plans and cards).
• Help with putting away product, executing price changes, and other tasks to support the team.

• Prior retail sales, cashier or customer service experience (admired but not required).
• Flexible availability and willingness to work some weekends and holidays.
• A love of tools & equipment.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Ability to lift 70 lbs.
• Service‑focused mindset.

Competitive pay: $12.00 - $17.37 hourly, personalized based on skills, experience, and location.
