Stocker – Northern Tool + Equipment

Join Northern Tool + Equipment as a Part‑Time Stocker. In this role you’ll keep our stores organized and shelves stocked while providing great customer service.

Adapt to a fast‑paced, energetic environment and help our customers find what they need. This position involves unloading product deliveries, moving items to the sales floor, maintaining visual presentation, greeting customers, and assembling products for displays.

Store hours:
Mon–Fri, 7:00 a.m.–7:00 p.m.;
Sat, 8:00 a.m.–6:00 p.m.;
Sun, 9:00 a.m.–5:00 p.m. The position requires 10–20 hours per week, including weekends and holidays as needed.

• Sort merchandise from pallets to carts and place products in the correct store or back‑stock areas.
• Perform endcap resets, modular resets, pod creation, and store front-facing.
• Work back‑stock bins and alternately top‑stock down.
• Assist customers with carry‑outs to their vehicles and assemble products for customers or displays.

• Prior retail sales, cashier, stocking, or customer‑service experience (desired but not required).
• Flexible availability and willingness to work some weekends and holidays.
• Loved for tools & equipment.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Ability to lift 70 lbs.
• Service‑focused mindset.
