Key Responsibilities
- Oversee daily workforce management, including staffing, queue assignments, and payroll
- Manage compliance with regulatory timelines and coordinate with internal teams for escalations
- Support onboarding and training of clinicians and ensure adherence to department policies
- Active, unrestricted Registered Nurse (RN) licensure or Licensed Vocational Nurse (LVN / LPN) licensure
- Associate Degree and / or Bachelor's of Nursing from an accredited school of nursing
- 5+ years of healthcare experience, including 2 years in acute care
- 3+ years of utilization review experience in a managed care plan or provider organization
- 2+ years of leadership experience
