• Develop plans and directs the work of production and manufacturing supervisors.
• Ensure cost‑effective, quality production of products.
• Monitor and reduce production losses.
• Ensure a safe working environment for employees and contractors.
• Participate in the accident investigation process.
• Perform shift supervisor duties when necessary.
• Promote positive employee relations.
• Ensure compliance with all company policies and procedures (EEO, Sexual Harassment, Safety, Sarbanes‑Oxley, etc.).
• Perform other duties as directed by supervision.
• Performance of other duties deemed integral to the job, including fulfilling work schedules, adhering to attendance policies, and following operating rules.

• Five or more years of progressively responsible manufacturing experience.

• Associate or higher college degree.
• Completion of formal management skills training program.

We offer a competitive salary and an excellent total‑rewards package. Salary Range: $86,000–$95,000 per year. Please reply by 01/07/2026.
