We are seeking an experienced and driven Bilingual (Spanish/English) Property Manager to oversee the daily operations of a multifamily community. The ideal candidate will have at least 5 years of property management experience and be proficient in Res Man property management software. This leadership role requires a professional who can balance resident satisfaction with strong financial and operational performance.

• Lead and manage the onsite team, including leasing staff and maintenance.
• Communicate effectively with both English- and Spanish-speaking residents and staff.
• Oversee leasing, renewals, occupancy goals, and resident relations.
• Utilize Res Man for financial reporting, leasing activity, and resident records.
• Ensure budget compliance, track expenses, and drive NOI growth.
• Develop and implement marketing and leasing strategies to maximize occupancy.
• Conduct regular property inspections and maintain company standards.
• Handle escalated resident concerns and resolve issues professionally.

• Bilingual in Spanish and English (required).
• Res Man software experience (required).
• 5+ years of experience as a Property Manager in multifamily housing (required).
• Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
• Proven ability to manage budgets, analyze financials, and deliver results.
• Track record of increasing occupancy and resident satisfaction.
