• 8+ years of professional experience in operational planning or scheduling

This position provides planning/scheduling support for the F‑35 Strategic Planning team on the Joint Strike Fighters Program.

Summary of Key Duties

This position provides planning and scheduling support for the F‑35 Joint Strike Fighter Program, delivering day‑to‑day leadership to the F‑35 Strategic Planning team. The candidate for this role exercises leadership across near‑term through long‑range PP&I initiatives and leads the team in delivering integrated program planning support for Customer Programs and Industrial Participation. The position serves as the subject matter expert (SME) for scheduling related to existing and new customer integration, site activation and industrial capability stand‑ups.

Responsibilities include leading the integration and assessment of schedule impacts resulting from contract and/or customer scope changes across both current and future program plans.

Additionally, this role ensures scheduling practices are consistently applied and actively coordinated across all levels with related functional disciplines. The position works closely with a broad range of program organizations, including program management, business development, engineering, contracts, supply chain management, and business management.

Must be a US Citizen. Must have an Active Secret Security Clearance; must have the ability to maintain Secret clearance.

A level 5 employee Typically has 9 – 15 years of professional experience in planning, program management and/or finance.

• Degree in Construction Management, Program Management, Business Administration
• Experience with networked schedules, integrity checks, and critical path methodology.
• Experience with Schedule Performance Management Techniques, e.g. Earned Value Management
• Demonstrated critical thinking and problem solving abilities
• Previous experience with Deltek Open Plan
• Excellent Communication and Organizational skills
• Experience as a planning team lead and/or contract planner
• Proposal experience
• Strong knowledge of LM Program Performance Management (PPM) Command Media
• Schedule Risk Assessment (SRA) experience
• Active Secret Security Clearance; ability to maintain Security Clearance
