Enjoy a rewarding career with Lockheed Martin Aeronautics Field Sustainment (AFS) supporting operations in a very active and high operational tempo Site Manager position for the Polish Air Force at Świdwin Air Base, Poland. Our team is responsible for overseeing all on‑site F‑35 contractor support operations at Świdwin Air Base and will be the primary customer liaison to the Polish Air Force Leadership at Świdwin AB.
WhatYou Will Be Doing
- Be the single‑point of contact overseeing all on‑site F‑35 contractor support operations at Świdwin AB, Poland and serve as the primary customer liaison to the field customer
- Report to the AFS Field Operations Regional Lead and maintain close coordination with the Sustainment Program Manager to manage Performance Based Logistics requirements
- Overall responsibility for on‑site contractor technical services, Autonomic Logistics Information System (ALIS), contractor logistics support (CLS) maintenance, Field Support Engineers (FSE), training system support, support equipment coordination, and sustainment spares warehouse liaison services
- Communicate squadron priorities and needs to the Lightning Support Center (LSC) and key Program Management personnel to resolve critical maintenance and supply issues
- Manage project and support resources in compliance with cost goals and operating budgets while fostering sustained growth of technical and professional competence of the on‑site support team
- Be responsive to the operational and support concerns of the local customer and ensure responsive support by contractor activities
- Coordinate and support industry visits and deployed Contractor Field Team (CFT) at the site
- Oversee all on‑site contractor activities, plan and schedule teamwork assignments, enforce safety and physical security procedures, and manage labor charges and administrative documentation
- Ensure personnel compliance with program, company, and government agency policies and coordinate staffing and training requirements
- Be willing to work any shift, weekends, and travel as required
- Must be a United States citizen with an active Secret Security Clearance
- Pass an overseas physical examination and hold a valid U.S. Passport
