Property Maintenance Associate

We’re looking for a Property Maintenance Associate to join the growing team at Camping World
.

As a Property Maintenance Associate, you will maintain a clean, neat, and safe work environment for associates and vendors.

• Maintain a clean and sanitary facility including restrooms, break rooms, offices, and warehouse.
• Mop, clean or vacuum floors in lunchroom, offices, and bathrooms.
• Stock paper supplies and soap in lunchroom and bathrooms.
• Eliminate dust, dirt, and garbage from the facility.
• Empty trashcans and recycling cans throughout the facility.
• Handle various chemicals and cleaning solvents.

• High School diploma or equivalent required.
• One year of general custodial experience preferred.
• Self-driven with a sense of pride in maintaining strict expectations of cleanliness.
• Ability to speak, read, write, and comprehend English.
• Capability to stand, bend, and lift up to 50 pounds occasionally.
• May lift up to 25 lbs and/or move up to 50 lbs with assistive devices.
• Prolonged periods of standing, stooping, crawling, and bending.
• Exposure to heights and hazards related to working with electrical and welding equipment.
• Environmental conditions include heat, cold, humidity, noise, dust and wetness.

The pay range for this role considers several factors in making compensation decisions including but not limited to skill sets; experience and training; licensure and certifications; and other business and organizational needs. At Camping World, it is not typical for an individual to be hired at or near the top of the range for their role and compensation decisions are dependent on the factors stated.

$20.70–$25.05 per hour
