Position: Commercial Lines Account Manager (Real Estate)

What We Are Seeking

We are seeking an experienced full-time Commercial Lines Account Manager with high energy, exceptional communication skills and a strong desire to build a career with our agency and long-lasting relationships with our clients. Our ideal candidate will enjoy helping others, be detail oriented, computer literate and love insurance.

Job Responsibilities
  • Responsible for maintaining and growing a book of large commercial insurance property & casualty accounts with a strong emphasis on Real Estate.
  • Act as the main client contact, addressing inquiries, providing proactive support, and building strong relationships to ensure high retention rates.
  • Manage transactions, paperwork, and processing for assigned accounts, including policy maintenance, endorsements, certificates, binders, and invoices.
  • Manage client renewal expirations, avoiding any lapse in coverage by preparing applications, marketing renewals, and negotiating with carriers on behalf of clients.
  • Evaluate client exposures to provide policies that protect new and renewal clients appropriately as well as making insurance program recommendations.
  • Maintain accurate records in the agency management system (AMS
    360) ensuring compliance with underwriting guidelines and company standards.
  • Partner with underwriters, carriers, and internal teams to negotiate terms, endorsements, and pricing while delegating administrative tasks to Account Representatives.
