You will be the Full Stack Engineer Sr Stf – Skunk Works© – Level 5 for the Aeronautics Ground Systems team which is responsible for delivering secure, high‑performance cloud and hybrid platforms that enable the nation’s most ambitious aeronautical missions.
What You Will Be DoingAs the Full Stack Engineer Sr Stf – Skunk Works© – Level 5 you will be responsible for building resilient infrastructure, turning code into launch‑ready pipelines, and ensuring DoD‑mandated security throughout the stack.
Your responsibilities will include:- Design, develop, and maintain secure CI/CD pipelines for platform deployment (RKE2, Rancher, etc.).
- Implement Infrastructure‑as‑Code using Terraform, Pulumi, Cloud Formation, or Power Shell to automate and standardize environments.
- Enforce security standards across all code and infrastructure artifacts, ensuring continuous compliance.
- Manage multi‑network, hybrid‑cloud environments spanning AWS, Azure, and on‑premise resources.
- Support vulnerability assessments, threat modeling, and remediation to proactively protect mission data and systems.

- Professional security certification:
CompTIA Security+ or any DoD 8140‑approved certification (e.g., CySA+, CASP, CEH) - Proven expertise with AWS and Azure services (IAM, networking, storage, compute)
- Prior work on multi‑tenant, multi‑region deployments
- Experience with on‑prem virtualization (VMware, Hyper‑V)
- Knowledge of Zero‑Trust network architecture
- Familiarity with Open Mission Systems architectures and deployments
