- Provide proactive outbound communication to customers and sales representatives regarding chassis status, updates, timelines, and completion.
- Monitor each chassis throughout production, confirming progress and updating stakeholders on any changes in schedule or scope.
- Identify and elevate potential problems early, assisting in finding solutions before they impact customer expectations.
- Record project updates using email, phone, and other forms to maintain accurate, timely, and transparent communication.
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to ensure a smooth transition between departments, resulting in an efficient and quality product.
- Recommend and support enhancements to communication practices, documentation, and workflow efficiency.

- High school diploma or general education degree (GED).
- 1 year service experience; or equivalent experience and/or education.
- Valid driver’s license may be required, along with a driving record that meets the requirements of the company’s insurance provider.
Skills and Abilities
Required
- Personal computer skills, familiarity with accounting and other software for dealer operations.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office, Smart Sheets and Adobe.
- Strong comprehension, communication, and time management skills.
- Must be punctual and ready to work at the agreed upon time.
