Intermediate-level position requires applicants to have hands‑on IT experience. Supports a wider range of systems and environments.

• Provide first‑line support via phone, email, chat, and walk‑up
• Perform basic fieldwork: pickups, deliveries, and in‑person support
• Deploy and image computers, printers, and other devices
• Troubleshoot hardware/software/network issues across platforms (Windows, MacOS, Linux) and services (Wi‑Fi, Canvas, Office
  365, printers)
• Participate in physical tasks (lifting, moving equipment)
• Provide support in classrooms and labs, including audio‑visual support
• Participate in small to mid‑scale project tasks and documentation

Experience troubleshooting software/network issues across platforms (Windows, MacOS, Linux) and services (Wi‑Fi, Canvas, Office
365, printers).

Previous UNT IT experience as a student employee.

• Communicating with others to exchange information.
• Lifting and moving objects up to 20 pounds.
• Lifting and moving objects up to 50 pounds.
• Moving self in various positions to perform tasks in tight and confined spaces.
• Sedentary work that primarily involves sitting or standing.
• Moving about to accomplish tasks or moving from one worksite to another.
• Operating machinery and/or power tools.
